In Meet, Greet & Shares for HSP, we get together with likeminded people to share our challenges, thoughts, feelings, experiences and stories about a certain theme.
During these two hours, we start off with a meditation to ground into ourselves, we have a cup of tea and we share.
We end the meeting with a meditation to integrate what we’ve learned and gain new insights from a subconscious and spiritual perspective about the subject. You’ll go home feeling accepted, connected and enthusiastic.
Today’s topic is ‘Being alone’.
Being alone
As highly sensitive people, we need a lot of time and space to ourselves. Why is that exactly? And what does it give us?
Personally, I love being with people, but I need time to myself to recharge and to receive the messages that the Universe has sent to my mailbox.
I’m curious about what being alone looks like for you and am looking to answer the following questions:
- What does being alone mean to you?
- What makes you choose to be alone?
- What do you need to be alone? Are you able to communicate this?
- Does being alone equal feeling lonely?
- What do you do when you feel lonely?
In this meetup, let’s get some clarity on the needs of the highly sensitive person about being alone. Maybe we can share tips on how to be or not to feel alone.

Location
The location may vary, but is in Amsterdam. My practice space is in Amsterdam, de Pijp. For larger events or meetups, we may meet up in Haarlem. After RSVP, I will send you the address of the location.
Language
If everyone speaks Dutch, the meetup will be in Dutch. In any other case, English is the spoken language.
Contribution
Your contribution for the meetup is 11 euros, including taxes. You may pay on-site or get the ticket below.
Cancellation
If after payment you won't be able to attend, please cancel at least 24 hours upfront, so your fellow Sensing Friends have a chance to join. In case I cancel the meetup, I'll arrange another date for the meetup with the same topic.
Refund
There is no refund, but you are welcome to share in the next Meet, Greet & Share or choose another service where you can use the credit.
